Core Classes:
Lay Servant Ministries (Basic)
The Basic Course encourages people to recognize and use their spiritual gifts for work in the Church, helping each congregation to become an outpost for mission and transformation. Individual sessions guide participants through thoughtful reflection on the areas of leading, caring, communicating, and spreading the love of Christ in the world.

Each One a Minister (Advanced)
Each One a Minister begins with the study of Ephesians. Carter engages the reader in discovering the meaning of church, ministry, and gifts — from the early church up to the present. Four ministry categories, closely connected to the congregational primary task (receive, relate, equip, send), are identified.
